Background & General Information:

I NVAS was set-up in the year 2006. Our heritage goes back to the Test and Measuring instruments industry, when Optical Fiber was being introduced as a transmission medium, we have seen sudden expansion of wireless network market in India. Our directors have been in the business of telecommunication for the past upto twenty years. The company has grown at a fast pace both on the technology front as well as financial growth. Our focus will be to use our technical edge and play an important role during 2G/3G/LTE/FTTx Network role outs.

INVAS has established well equipped and Certified Service Center having the necessary test equipments, tools and Spare Parts for testing and repairing of supplied Test Solutions. We also have in-house test capabilities for Optical Fiber tester and Splicing equipments etc.

1. PRODUCT SALES & SUPPLIES

As authorized distributors of EXFO Inc., Sumitomo Electric Industries and SATIMO, we supplied the test solutions to our Indian customers for the testing of wired and wireless Networks. INVAS either directly to the end customers or through re-seller channels caters to the Market in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

2. PROJECTS & SERVICES

In this segment our activities involves us with provisioning of Services for Design Engineering, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Project Management for project roll-outs for telecom equipment manufacturers and EPC contractors.

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Activities under this business segment is further divided into 3 focused groups as detailed below :

Service Support:

We fully support all the supplied test instruments through our Certified Service Center by providing efficient and economical repair support. Our well established Service Center at New Delhi is fully equipped with necessary infrastructure and train man-power. We provide technical guidance for the installation and commissioning of Telecom Networks.

Annual Maintenance Contracts:

Annual Maintenance Contract for test instruments is undertaken by us for our customers after the warranty period. The repairs and calibration support for the supplied products is undertaken by our factory trained engineers. The Calibration is performed with the automated Calibration station installed at our service center by our overseas Principals.

Technical Support Services & Past Experience :

Technical Support and Network Maintenance Services (Remote/On-Site, Voice/Web Support) is being offered by us. These support services are provided by us directly to our end customers or we partner with major equipment manufacturers and suppliers for providing these services on their behalf. Technology, Product & System Training Services is also provided by INVAS under this business segment.

INVAS has a vast experience the in the testing of Telecom Networks and Network constituents. We have been providing services out sourced to us by our clients for the testing during type approval of their network elements. Our engineering team has successfully carried out the type approval of a number of test instruments used for the testing of wired as well as wireless Networks.

Our list of satisfied clients include market leaders like Ericsson, Nokia, Sumitomo, EXFO and a number of Indian clients. Our engineering experience is backed by the trained manpower having under gone training sessions at Anritsu factories at Atsugi, Japan and Morgan Hills, California, USA, Sumitomo factory in Yokohama, Japan and EXFO Inc., Canada. Our strength is the strong, enthusiastic and aggressive technical team backed by experienced management. Our back-bone is the skilled Service Engineers to provide an efficient and economical Service support for all the supplied products up to component level.

INVAS team has a proven track record for providing our products and services to the Telecom world. We organize technical presentations for better understanding of the project to the installation teams, elaborate training at the sites for operation and maintenance of various test tools etc. We have provided technical assistance to a vast range of organizations engaged in manufacturing / installation / testing of telecommunication links.

Some of the contracts won by INVAS include the installation and commissioning of Remote Fiber Testing System during CWG2010, provision of test facility at Ericsson at their premises, Provision of Technical Training to Delhi Metro Project team etc.
